High Stress Incidents. A. An employee who is involved in a shooting, or other high stress incident as determined by the Chief of School Police, shall have access to a licensed mental health professional through the M-DCPS Employee Assistance Program. The employees choice of service provider will be limited to those who participate in the health insurance plan in which the employee is enrolled.
