High Yield Finance Documents. (a) The High Yield Finance Documents permit the Secured Debt Documents to be refinanced, amended, restated, extended, supplemented or modified. (b) The High Yield Finance Documents permit the guarantees and security taken in respect of the Secured Obligations in accordance with this Agreement.
