Higher Starting Salary in Rare and Exceptional Circumstances. (i) In rare and exceptional circumstances and on compelling evidence of economic or other conditions, the Search Committee may recommend a starting salary for a candidate that is above the limits set out in Articles 18.2.6.10 and 18.2.6.11 above. In no case shall the starting salary that is recommended exceed the limits set out below:

This shall include IEP team consideration of supplementary aids and services, goals and objectives necessary for placement in the LRE and necessary to enable students to transition to less restrictive settings. When an IEP team has determined that a student should be transitioned into the public school setting, CONTRACTOR shall assist the LEA in implementing the IEP team’s recommendations activities to support the transition.

  • Monitoring of Contribution Limitations Information The Custodian shall not be responsible for monitoring the amount of contributions made to the designated beneficiary’s account or the income levels of any depositor or contributor for purposes of assuring compliance with applicable state or federal tax laws.

  • What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:

  • DEBARMENT, SUSPENSION, AND INELIGIBILITY The Contractor represents and warrants that it and its subcontractors are not debarred or suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in Federal assistance programs subject to 2 C.F.R. part 2424.

  • Certification of Funds; Budget and Fiscal Provisions; Termination in the Event of Non-Appropriation This Agreement is subject to the budget and fiscal provisions of the City’s Charter. Charges will accrue only after prior written authorization certified by the Controller, and the amount of City’s obligation hereunder shall not at any time exceed the amount certified for the purpose and period stated in such advance authorization. This Agreement will terminate without penalty, liability or expense of any kind to City at the end of any fiscal year if funds are not appropriated for the next succeeding fiscal year. If funds are appropriated for a portion of the fiscal year, this Agreement will terminate, without penalty, liability or expense of any kind at the end of the term for which funds are appropriated. City has no obligation to make appropriations for this Agreement in lieu of appropriations for new or other agreements. City budget decisions are subject to the discretion of the Mayor and the Board of Supervisors. Contractor’s assumption of risk of possible non-appropriation is part of the consideration for this Agreement. THIS SECTION CONTROLS AGAINST ANY AND ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
