The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Transactions pursuant to Paragraph 10.12 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 2.75%, based on AAX’s audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2022.
HIGHEST PERCENTAGE RATIO. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposed Acquisition pursuant to paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 7.47%.
HIGHEST PERCENTAGE RATIO. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposed Transaction, pursuant to paragraph 10.02(g)(iii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements, is 1.4%, with the possibility of rising to 2.6% upon the completion of the SSA and execution of the Shareholders Agreement based on the unaudited consolidated financial statements of CDB as at 30 September 2023.

The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposed Joint Venture pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is negligible. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposed 70% BPDSB Acquisition pursuant to paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is negligible, based on the latest audited consolidated financial statements of Xxxxxxxx for the financial year ended 30 June 2017.
HIGHEST PERCENTAGE RATIO. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Transaction pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the MMLR of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is approximately 0.49% based on the latest audited financial statements of Digi Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2015.
HIGHEST PERCENTAGE RATIO. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the JV pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 24.2% based on the audited consolidated financial statements for financial year for MPCB ended 30 June 2017.
HIGHEST PERCENTAGE RATIO. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Development Agreement pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is 8.31% which is the estimated TGSB’s Share of Profits (assuming completion of the Development and the sale of development units) compared to the consolidated net assets of Can-One as at 31 December 2020.
