Highly Qualified Pay. All Paraprofessionals who have attained “highly qualified” status shall receive additional compensation in the amount of $0.50 per hour effective July 1, 2016. Employees newly hired into a Program position must meet the Highly Qualified requirements no later than the last day of May in the school year they were hired.
