Principal or Manager may direct Custodian to invest available funds in the HighMark® Funds mutual funds for cash management purposes; the HighMark Funds are advised by an affiliate of Custodian and Custodian may also act as custodian and provide other services to the Funds.. Principal or Manager shall designate the particular HighMark Fund that Principal or Manager deems appropriate for the Account.
