Common use of HIPAA Clause in Contracts

HIPAA. “HIPAA” means the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-191) and its implementing regulations at 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 through 164, as may be amended from time to time.
