Common use of Hire of Hired Area Clause in Contracts

Hire of Hired Area. ‌ (a) The School Council grants the Hirer a right to use the Hired Area, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. (b) The parties agree that: (i) this Agreement does not confer a right of exclusive occupation of the Hired Area to the Hirer; and (ii) the School Council may, at any time, exercise rights on behalf of the Minister as owner of the Hired Area including the right to use, possess and enjoy the whole or any part of the Hired Area (provided that such rights will not prevent the Hirer’s right to use the Hired Area under this Agreement).
