Hiring Increments. Employment of a nurse who had prior experience as a 1 registered nurse shall be governed by the following provisions: 2 4.2.1 Nurses with less than a year of relevant experience will be hired at the 3 beginning salary. 5 4.2.2 Nurses with more than one year of relevant RN experience as determined 6 by Nursing Administration will be hired at the salary increment which 7 reflects their current and continuous experience, minus one year.
