Association Officers. It shall be the Association's responsibility to immediately notify the City in writing of all present officers and change of officers which may occur during the life of this Agreement.
Association Officers. The Association officers wishing to present matters to the School Board will be placed on the board agenda. The Association President will notify the Superintendent of Schools ten (10) calendar days prior to the School Board meeting in order to be placed on the agenda.

Association Officers. The Association shall make written notification to the City by August 1st of each year of the current Association officers representing peace officers under this Agreement. Any changes shall be evidenced to the City in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of the change.
Association Officers. If any Association Officer is promoted or reclassified into a management service position, the employee shall formally resign from his or her position in the Association. A copy of the formal resignation shall be submitted to the Agency prior to the effective date of the promotion or reclassification.
Association Officers. The Association shall notify the District of the names and assignments of all duly appointed Association officers and the District agrees to recognize only these Association officers as those duly appointed to receive grievances or act on behalf of the Association.
Association Officers. 1. Not later than October first of each year, upon request of the Xxxxx-Xxxxxxx Local Board of Education, the Association will provide the Board with a certified list containing the names and addresses of each officer of the Association together with the office held. The Board will be advised in writing of any changes to the list not later than ten (10) days after the effective date of change.
Association Officers. 6-1 The President of the Association, or authorized designee, shall be allowed to visit departments where Association employees are working. Requests to solve special problems of employees, which necessitate the interruption of work schedules, shall be arranged for in advance with the Executive Director, Facility Management, Enterprise Management or designee, a s appropriate.
6-2 If negotiations or grievances are scheduled during the school day, those required to attend shall be released from their regular duties without loss of pay.
6-3 The President, or designee of the Union, may request up to twelve (12) work days per year for Union business without loss of pay.
6-4 If the Association exceeds the twelve days, the Association shall reimburse the District for the salary and benefit costs of any employee released from their work assignment to conduct business on behalf of the Association, excluding business conducted with the District or as otherwise prescribed in this Agreement.
Association Officers. Provided the Board is notified by March 1st of the names of the Association Officers for the following School Year, the Board will make every reasonable effort to schedule one (1) preparation period for the Officers at the same approximate time.
Association Officers. The Association shall forward to the Employer a list of the names and titles of its officers and representatives, plus changes as they occur.
