Common use of Hiring Requirements Clause in Contracts

Hiring Requirements. GRANTEE agrees to adhere to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1969 (12U.S.C. §1701u) in the hiring of any Staff member whose position receives 50% or more of its funding from a CDBG/ESG Grant.

Hiring Requirements. GRANTEE agrees to adhere to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1969 (12U.S.C. §1701u) as set forth in Section 1.040 of EXHIBIT E in the hiring of any Staff member whose position receives 50% or more of its funding from a CDBG/an ESG Grant.
