Common use of HIS’s obligations Clause in Contracts

HIS’s obligations. (a) ID and password. HIS shall provide one unique user ID and password to each of the Subscriber Affiliates that is authorized to obtain access to the HIS service by virtue of this Agreement or another license and access agreement. The user ID and password will provide Subscriber access to all data and functions in the HIS Service to which Subscriber is entitled under the HIS Policies. HIS makes no warranties, however, that the HIS Service will be available at all times. HIS may use a third party contractor or contractors, as determined in HIS’s sole discretion, to facilitate its responsibilities under this Agreement.
