Historical and Archaeological Sites. 20.01 If in the course of its operations, Lessee encounters any historical or archaeological sites, Lessee shall immediately cease operations and contact the District Forester so that arrangements can be made with Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission specialists to field check the site to make all necessary preparations to protect and preserve the artifacts which may be endangered.
