HISTORICAL ARCHITECT. Shall meet the Secretary of the Interior’s historic preservation qualification standards for Historical Architect; which includes a State Government-recognized license as appropriate for the assignment to practice Architecture, plus a minimum of two (2) years full-time experience applying the theories, methods, and practice of Architecture that enables professional judgments to be made about the identification, evaluation, documentation, registration, or treatment of historic structures (including military) in the Pacific or Asia, as appropriate for the assignment, OR; a Masters of Architecture degree with demonstrable course work in Architectural Preservation, Architectural History, Historic Preservation, Historic Preservation Planning or a closely related field as defined in FR Vol. 62 (119): 33707-337231, plus a minimum of two (2) years full-time experience applying the theories, methods, and practices of History that enables professional judgments to be made about the identification, evaluation, documentation, registration, or treatment of historic structures (including military) in the Pacific or Asia, as appropriate for the assignment. This person(s) shall have products and activities that demonstrate the successful application of acquired proficiencies in the discipline to the practice of historic preservation.

  • Architect Engineer shall provide assistance to Owner through the commissioning consultant/agent for the purpose of advising and counseling Owner’s personnel in the usage, operation and maintenance of the building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E) means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1001 and/or a firm employed by Owner or a design-build contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • The Architect ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project responds to LEED criteria.

  • SCOPE OF ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES 3.1 The Architect’s Basic Services consist of those described in this Article 3 and include usual and customary structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services. Services not set forth in this Article 3 are Supplemental or Additional Services.

  • Project Engineer If the Project has been designed by the Project Engineer, the Project Engineer is to act as the Owner's representative, assumes all duties and responsibilities, and has the rights and authority assigned to Project Engineer in the Contract Documents in connection with completion of the Work all in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Physical Architecture 59.2.1 CenturyLink's network architecture in any given local exchange area and/or LATA can vary markedly from another local exchange area/LATA. Using one or more of the NIMs herein, the Parties will agree to a physical architecture plan for a specific LATA, or if appropriate based on other requirements in Section 59, Local Calling Area. The physical architecture plan, as described in the Local Interconnection POI Profile, will be discussed during joint implementation planning. CLEC and CenturyLink agree to Interconnect their networks through existing and/or new Interconnection Facilities between CLEC switch(es) and CenturyLink's End Office Switch(es) and/or Tandem Switch(es). The physical architecture plan will be in accordance with Forecasting and Planning requirements in Article IV.

  • PAYMENTS TO THE ARCHITECT/ENGINEER 6.1. In all events, the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit his/her completed itemized accounting of all costs monthly to the State, and the State shall make all payments within 30 days of receipt of an error-free invoice.

  • Design Professional Contract The Contract between the Owner and the Design Professional for the design of the Project.

  • Drawings and Specifications at the Project Site The Contractor shall keep at the Site at least one copy of the Contract Documents and Change Orders, all in good order and available to the Design Professional and to his representatives.
