Historical Background Relating to Program Mapper. Program Mapper is a software program developed in combination by Bakersfield College and Concentric Sky, with funding from the Chancellor’s Office, College Futures Foundation, and through the Innovation in Higher Education Award. Program Mapper currently serves 46 California community colleges but has the potential to expand and serve additional districts throughout the higher education system in California.
