Reporting to Work. All Contractor personnel shall report to their appropriate supervisor upon arrival at a CCI work location. Contractor Management shall ensure that Contractor personnel are given safety orientations for familiarization with potential job site hazards and emergency procedures.
Reporting to Work. Employees shall be at their work station at their posted starting time of their shift and not leave, without Employer permission, until their posted quitting time of their shift.
Reporting to Work. Employees shall be at their work sites, report-in location or headquarters location by their shift starting time. A Park Officer’s report-in location shall be one assigned park. Any employee who must begin work at some location other than his/her actual work location or headquarter county or any Park Officer who must begin work at some other location other than his/her assigned park shall be compensated according to current Department/Agency practices. Within the Department of Natural Resources Division of Watercraft, remote office locations may be authorized by Watercraft management. The Division reserves the right to designate the remote office location and will provide the equipment needed to perform authorized duties from this location. Employees in the Department of Commerce, classified as Liquor Compliance Officers, will have their residence as a starting work site. The report-in location of employees assigned to the Enforcement Unit at the Department of Public Safety, shall be twenty (20) miles from their home or the location at which they join their partner whichever is less. Employees who are on authorized travel expenses, greater than forty- five (45) miles from their home, have the option to commute. Employees who wish to commute rather than claim travel expenses may request to commute by use of a Request for Waiver of Travel Expenses form. Employees making such requests shall waive their right to the twenty
Reporting to Work. Any employee who is required to call during the workday for possible jury duty service shall report to work. Upon notification of jury duty service, the employee shall immediately notify their immediate supervisor. Any employee who is required to report for jury duty service during the workday does not have to report to work on that day.
Reporting to Work. For the academic year 2006-2007, instructional staff who are assigned work in the fall semester will report to work August 1, 2006. Instructors who are assigned work for the winter semester will report to work December 1, 2006. The weeks prior to the beginning of each semester will count as part of the general non-instructional duties mentioned in paragraph #2.
Reporting to Work. Any employee who is unable to report for work must notify the transportation office between 4:30 and 5:15 a.m. for a.m. routes and/or 12:00 noon for p.m. routes. An employee not reporting for two (2) consecutive days without notification is subject to disciplinary action including possible discharge.
Reporting to Work. During the period of jury duty, the employee shall report to the College for duty on those days when he/she is not required to report for jury duty, or is released from duty during his/her regular work schedule.
Reporting to Work. OPTION 1. Five (5) eight (8) hour days:
(a) The Employer will not be obligated to pay any Laborer appearing for work if failure to go to work is due to inclement weather, Acts of God, vandalism, or a work stoppage by another craft. Otherwise, two (2) hours of pay at the regular rate will be allowed for two (2) hours time for reporting to work, provided the Laborer remains at the jobsite to perform whatever work may be assigned to him.
(b) If an Employee actually starts to work, he shall receive four (4) hours pay, except in cases of inclement weather, Acts of God, vandalism, or a work stoppage by another craft.
(c) If an Employee works for longer than four (4) hours, he shall be paid for eight
Reporting to Work.
1. In the event buildings are closed after employees have reported to work, such employees shall not experience a loss of pay.
2. In the event buildings are open for employees to work, an employee who is unable to report to work may utilize available personal leave or vacation time in order to avoid a loss of pay.
3. In the event buildings are closed and the Superintendent or his/her designee, requests an employee to report to work, the employee shall be paid their hourly rate of pay for time worked, in addition to their regular daily pay per section VII, C, 4 (below).
4. Twelve (12) month employees shall continue to receive their regular daily pay on days when buildings are closed due to emergencies. ARTICLE VIII LEAVES

Employees who are on authorized travel expenses, greater than forty-five (45) miles from their home, have the option to commute. Employees who wish to commute rather than claim travel expenses may request to commute by use of a Request for Waiver of Travel Expenses form. Employees making such requests shall waive their right to the twenty (20) miles payment provision described in the Article except for the following:
A. Payment on the first day to the assignment and payment on the last day on the return trip from the assignment;
B. Those employees who live less than forty-five (45) miles from their work assignment shall not be offered this waiver. The Employer shall not arbitrarily order an employee into per diem status whose work assignment is less than forty- five (45) miles from his/her home. All other employees of the Department shall continue the current report-in practices.
