HISTORICALLY IRRIGATED ACREAGE RIGHT. 5.1.1.1. Subject to the other provisions of this Settlement Agreement, the Pueblo shall be entitled to divert and consume the surface waters of the Taos Valley Stream System to irrigate the five thousand seven hundred twelve and seventy- eight hundredths (5,712.78) acres shown on the Taos Pueblo Water Use Survey.
