Common use of HMO Coverage Clause in Contracts

HMO Coverage. (a) The employer agrees to provide State approved HMO's (Univera, Independent Health, and Community Blue I Plan) to eligible employees at a contribution rate not to exceed that provided for the basic health insurance plan noted in 13.1 above.
