Subsequent Customer definition

Subsequent Customer means a customer of the Waterworks System which has a Water Allocation, is not a Contract Customer and is served pursuant to a Subsequent Contract executed after the Effective Date of this contract.
Subsequent Customer means a customer of the Authority’s Waterworks System which is not a Charter Customer and which is served pursuant to a Subsequent Contract.
Subsequent Customer means a subsequent customer of the Customer.

  • Subsequent Customer prescriptions will only be allowed if fewer than seven (7) days of Product dosage remains on the previous prescription with respect to such Customer.

  • For each water meter served, the Subsequent Customer shall pay a charge equal to $50.00 multiplied by a factor determined by the size of the water meter, with a maximum fee of $260.00 per meter.

  • Except as provided in Sections 12.2 to 12.4, a Subsequent Contract shall require a Subsequent Customer to meet the same requirements and satisfy the same obligations as a Charter Customer under this Contract.
