We reserve the right to place a hold on funds in your account and/or to prevent any deposits from being made to your account, for a reasonable period of time, at our discretion, when: • we have a right of setoff or may enforce our lien • we comply with a court order or other legal process • we have been notified, or we reasonably believe, there exists a legitimate dispute among any parties who have or claim an interest in your account • we in good faith believe we have a claim against you or the funds in your account • something has occurred or is reasonably expected to occur that may result in our having a claim against you or the funds in your account
