Holidays and Holiday Pay shall be applied to Job Sharers as follows. The Job Sharer actually at work or on leave receives the full holiday benefit and the Job Sharer not working receives nothing. When a holiday occurs on the Job Sharers’ (shift’s) regular day off, each Job Sharer shall earn compensatory leave on a 50% pro rata basis.
