HOME CARE AIDE CERTIFICATION/ NAR. CNA DIFFERENTIAL Employees who are certified Home Care Aides (HCA’s) or who hold and submit a valid Certified Nurses Assistant (NAC) license or higher medical license shall receive a twenty-five cent per hour ($0.25/hr) differential.
