Home Flights. The Company will pay or reimburse you for the reasonable costs of a round trip premium economy class air transportation from Hong Kong to the United States of America or such other destination with no greater costs than returning the United States of America that you pay or incur in connection with leave taken by you and your immediate family not exceeding two home trips per period of service. All references to “your immediate family” in this agreement shall mean your spouse and any dependent children.

Home Flights. Art. 4 para. 4 of the Managing Director Service Agreement shall be replaced by following provision: For up to six months as of the commencement of the service relationship with the Company, the Company shall reimburse ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for the flight cost for four return flights (economy) between Berlin and Munich per month. The Company shall also reimburse ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for flights of his partner ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ from Munich to Berlin in case ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ decides not to fly back to Munich and to stay in Berlin over the weekend for the defined period of the first six months.

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.

  • Office Equipment The Client must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Provider’s consent, which the Provider may refuse at its absolute discretion.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates a competent level of knowledge 48 and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting. 49
