Home Health Care In Your Home. If you qualify to receive health care at home, we cover home health care services provided by a hospital’s home health care agency or community home health care agency. We cover the following medically necessary services: • nurse services; • services of a home health aide; • visits from a social worker; and • physical and occupational therapy.
