Homemaker Services. If homemaker services are provided, they shall be provided in accordance with the patient’s plan of care and shall consist of: 1. Housekeeping activities; 2. Performing errands and shopping; 3. Providing transportation; 4. Preparing meals; and 5. Other assigned tasks intended to maintain the capacity of the household; and
