Common use of Hong Kong Courts Clause in Contracts

Hong Kong Courts. Each of the parties hereto agrees that except as provided in Section 24.12.3, the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceedings, and to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with or related to this Deed (together, the “Proceedings”) and, for such purposes, irrecoverably submits to non-exclusive the jurisdiction of such court.
