HOPWA Requirements. (a) Borrower shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the HOPWA Funds, as set forth in 24 C.F.R. Part 574 et. seq. In the event of any conflict between this HOPWA Regulatory Agreement and applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the County Loan funds, the applicable laws and regulations govern.
