Common use of Hospital Cash Benefit Clause in Contracts

Hospital Cash Benefit. This Benefit is payable for each night an insured person receives in-patient treatment and only if an insured person is admitted for in-patient treatment before midnight, and the treatment is received free of charge that would have otherwise been eligible for benefit privately under this group plan. Cover under this Benefit is limited to a maximum of 30 nights per period of cover. For this benefit exclusion 6.12 does not apply.
