Common use of Host Authority Clause in Contracts

Host Authority. 5. 1 A Host Authority for the Panel shall be determined by mutual agreement of the Authorities for the Panel and shall provide such administrative and other support as will be necessary to enable the Panel to undertake its functions. The Host Authority may be changed by agreement of the Authorities providing 12 months notice expiring on 31 March in any year is given. Any change shall be evidenced by Memorandum signed by all the Authorites and annexed to this Agreement and include details of the person for service pursuant to clauses 3.13 and 3.14.
