Host License. You may use the Licensed Materials to generate applications (“Target Applications”) that execute solely and exclusively on processing devices manufactured by or for TI (“TI Devices”). You may use the Licensed Materials on a multi-user host computer system provided that the number of individual users of the Licensed Materials at any one time does not exceed the number of floating licenses purchased by you.

Host License. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, DesignSoft hereby grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-assignable, perpetual license to use the Software.
Host License. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, TI hereby grants to you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Licensed Materials to generate applications that execute solely and exclusively on semiconductor devices manufactured by or for TI. Use of any software applications generated using the Licensed Materials on semiconductor devices manufactured by or for an entity other than TI is a material breach of this Agreement. It is also a material breach of this license to use the Licensed Materials to assist in the design, development or verification of a device that is instruction set compatible with, or functionally equivalent to, a TI semiconductor device.
Host License. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, TI hereby grants to you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Licensed Materials solely for internal academic and / or teaching needs and in support of teaching courses designed around semiconductor devices manufactured by or for TI. Any other use, use for commercial purposes and / or use of any software applications generated using the Licensed Materials on semiconductor devices manufactured by or for an entity other than TI is a material breach of this Agreement. It is also a material breach of this license to use the Licensed Materials to assist in the design, development or verification of a device that is instruction set compatible with, or functionally equivalent to, a TI semiconductor device.
Host License. You may use the Licensed Materials to generate applications (“Licensee Applications”) for use in connection with processing devices manufactured by or for TI (“TI Devices”). You may use the Licensed Materials on an unlimited number of computer systems within your business enterprise.
Host License. You may use the Proprietary Programs to generate applications that execute solely and exclusively on processing devices manufactured by or for TI. Use of the Proprietary Programs or any software application generated using the Proprietary Programs on processing devices manufactured by an entity other than TI is a material breach of this Agreement. Use of the Proprietary Programs to assist in the design, development or verification of a device not manufactured by or for TI is a material breach of this Agreement. Use of the Proprietary Programs to generate applications for use with processing devices manufactured by or for an entity other than TI requires a separate license.

  • Trademark License System Agency grants to Grantee/Contractor, for the term of the Grant Agreement/Contract, a limited non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-transferable license to reproduce System Agency’s trademarks on published materials in the United States related to the performance of the Grant Agreement/Contract, provided that such license is expressly conditional upon, and subject to, the following:

  • API License If you are purchasing an application programming interface ("API") license, other than a Learn API as defined below, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access each API set forth in the Order Form. The API(s) are provided in the form of a web service that enables a "connection" into our servers. We will provide you with the information necessary to enable your secure use of the API(s).   • SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  • Software License Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Viasat grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use and display the software provided by or on behalf of Viasat (including any updates) only for the purpose of accessing the Service ("Software") on any computer(s) on which you are the primary user or which you are authorized to use. Our Privacy Policies provide important information about the Software applications we utilize. Please read the terms very carefully, as they contain important disclosures about the use and security of data transmitted to and from your computer. Unauthorized copying of the Software, including, without limitation, software that has been modified, merged or included with the Software, or the written materials associated therewith, is expressly forbidden. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license or the Software except as permitted in writing by Viasat. Any attempt to sublicense, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations under this license is void and may result in termination by Viasat of this Agreement and the license. You agree that you shall not copy or duplicate or permit anyone else to copy or duplicate any part of the Software, or create or attempt to create, or permit others to create or attempt to create, by reverse engineering or otherwise, the source programs or any part thereof from the object programs or from other information made available under this Agreement.

  • Grant of Copyright License Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to OIDF and to recipients of software distributed by OIDF a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.

  • Intellectual Property/License 20.1 Any Intellectual Property originating from or developed by a Party shall remain in the exclusive ownership of that Party.
