Floating License. If you are using the Software under the control of a Floating license, you may:
a. install the Software on an unlimited number of computers that are connected to the designated network (there has to be a TCP/IP connection between the machines)
b. use the Software by no more than the authorized number of concurrent users. A separate license is required for each additional concurrent user and/or network on which the Software is used. Syncro will provide you with a license code key that enables the Software for a Floating license up to the authorized number of concurrent users. If a part of the Software (by means of the SDK) is integrated in a third party application that features a floating license application as an authorized concurrent user that shall be subtracted from the authorized number of concurrent users.
Floating License. If Customer’s License Certificate indicates that Customer has obtained a “Floating Developer License” or “Floating Build Server License” to the SDP, then, the Customer has obtained a Floating License and this Section shall apply.
Floating License. Under the terms of a Floating License, you may install the Software on an unlimited number of machines. All machines using the Software must have the ability to communicate with a license server. The number of users that may use the Software concurrently at any time must not exceed the number of Floating User Licenses purchased for such use.
Floating License. A Floating License entitles one User at a time to Use the Licensed Software modules specified in the respective quote or order confirmation.
Floating License. With a Floating License LICENSOR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the PROGRAM: (a) worldwide; (b) during a non-limited period of time unless otherwise indicated by LICENSOR on providing the license key; the term of the license mentioned above can be terminated on conditions stated in the Section 9 of this XXXX; (c) for commercial and non-commercial purposes; (d) subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX. You may use the PROGRAM in executable form only.
Floating License. The license is granted by an internet-based license server and may be used in concurrent mode from all machines under control of the Licensee. A node locked backup/field license is included. Floating licenses are available only in the modality of annual subscription. Annual subscriptions cannot be paused or canceled.
Floating License. Subject to the control of a single License Manager, you may install the Software on an unlimited number of computers or servers for use concurrently by a number of individuals up to the number of user licenses you have purchased.
Floating License. If you have obtained a Floating license, you may install one or more copies of the Software on any computer, instrument, or machine within your internal computer network or on dedicated server resources provided by a third party for your internal business use, provided (i) the total number of users or instruments/machines accessing or using the Software at the same time, or (ii) the total number of copies of the Software executing on instruments/machines at the same time, does not exceed the maximum number of licenses obtained or instruments/machines licensed.
Floating License. “Floating License” shall mean one software license for a Product which instead of being restricted to one (1) access point (i.e., a computer workstation), can be used at more than one (1) access point, provided that such use shall be restricted to one access point at a time.
Floating License. If the Software is provided on a ‘floating’ basis, the Licensee may install and use the Software on any computer within Licensee’s enterprise network provided that the total number of concurrent users at any point of time does not exceed the number of users specified in the Licensing information.
