Common use of Hour Agreement Clause in Contracts

Hour Agreement. In accordance with Article 7.3 of the Agreement, employees may agree to work a ten (10) hour shift schedule with the consent of the Employer. All existing contractual provisions shall apply unless otherwise provided for herein:
