Common use of Hour Notice Clause in Contracts

Hour Notice. The Employer will discharge any employee within forty-eight (48) hours of written notice from the Union that an employee has failed to comply with the provisions of this Agreement. In the event the Employer fails to comply with the provisions of this Article, any economic action taken will not be considered a violation of this Agreement. 1.
