Hour Work Week. 1. The length of the workday for teachers will be eight (8) hours including the duty free lunch period and planning time.
2. The workweek will be forty (40) hours each week.
Hour Work Week. The Department may be changed to a forty-eight (48) hour regular workweek after consultation between the Union and the Town. In such case the full time Employees of the Department would be paid for overtime on the basis of all hours worked in excess of forty-eight (48) hours instead of in excess of forty (40) hours worked.
Hour Work Week. Each employee shall accumulate sick leave with pay entitlement at the rate of one-half work day for each full bi-weekly pay period on paid status up to a maximum accumulation of 125 days of unused sick leave with pay entitlement.
