Hour Work Week. The Department may be changed to a forty-eight (48) hour regular workweek after consultation between the Union and the Town. In such case the full time Employees of the Department would be paid for overtime on the basis of all hours worked in excess of forty-eight (48) hours instead of in excess of forty (40) hours worked.
