Basic Work Week.
a) The basic work week of an employee working full- time shall be forty (40) hours consisting of five eight hour days;
b) Daily hours of work shall be consecutive with the exception of rest and meal periods. No split shifts shall be worked;
c) Employees shall not work longer than their regular, scheduled work day, unless requested to do so by Management; in which event, additional time will be paid at applicable regular or overtime rates. Employees are required to leave the store as soon as it is reasonable to do so.
Basic Work Week. A regular workweek shall consist of forty (40) hours for full-time employees. Said days will be consecutive.
Basic Work Week. The regular work week, exclusive of lunch, shall be prescribed by the School District each year for regular employees.
Basic Work Week. 6.1.1. The basic workweek for every full-time clerical, supervisory and professional employee in the state classified service in each unit, with due allowance for authorized holidays and leaves of absence with pay, shall be thirty-seven and one half (37 1/2) hours per week.
6.1.2. The basic workweek for every full-time trade, custodial or other employee in a similar category in the state classified service in each unit, with due allowance for authorized holidays and leaves of absence with pay, shall be either forty (40) hours per week or thirty-seven and one half (37 1/2) hours per week.
6.1.3. The basic work period for every full-time law enforcement employee in state classified service in each unit shall consist of one hundred sixty (160) hours in a twenty-eight (28) consecutive day period. The basic work period for every full- time fire protection employee in state classified service in each unit shall consist of two hundred twelve (212) hours in a twenty-eight (28) consecutive day period.
6.1.4. Work hours beyond the basic workweek or work period are voluntary overtime hours except for full-time law enforcement employees, full-time fire protection employees or where specifically agreed otherwise by the Parties. Such overtime hours may be reduced or eliminated at the discretion of the Employer.
Basic Work Week. The employee’s basic work week, exclusive of lunch, shall consist of forty (40) hours per week for all full-time employees. The work week, work year, and FTE are defined by individual job descriptions.
Basic Work Week. The regular work week exclusive of lunch, shall be five consecutive days Monday through Friday.
Basic Work Week. A regular work week consists of 25 hours including a 20-minute paid lunch break. The paid break or lunch break may not be duty free. Employees are encouraged to sample the menu items for quality assurance.
Basic Work Week.
a) The basic work week of an employee working full-time at the Real Canadian Superstore and Western Grocers shall be thirty-seven (37) hours to be to be scheduled as follows:
i) Four (4) shifts of eight (8) hours and one (1) shift of five (5) hours.
ii) Three (3) shifts of eight (8) hours and one
(1) shift of seven (7) hours and one (1) shift of six (6) hours.
iii) Two (2) shifts of eight (8) hours and three (3) shifts of seven (7) hours. The basic work week of an employee working full-time at Western Grocers Marine Drive shall be thirty-seven and one half (37.5) hours consisting of five (5) seven and one half (7.5) hour days. The basic work week of an employee working full-time at Western Grocers Pitt Xxxxxxx shall be forty (40) hours consisting of five eight- hour days.
b) Daily hours of work shall be consecutive with the exception of rest and meal periods. No split shifts shall be scheduled.
c) Employees shall not work longer than their regular, scheduled work day, unless requested to do so by Management; in which event, additional time will be paid at applicable regular or overtime rates. Employees are required to leave the store as soon as it is reasonable to do so.
d) No employee shall be scheduled for a shift of less than four (4) hours.
e) Where it will not interfere with the proper operation of the Business, senior grocery full time employees who prefer a night shift shall be given the opportunity to work the night shift on a permanent basis.
Basic Work Week. The employee’s basic work week shall be prescribed by the School District.
