Hours Minimum. If an employee is called back to perform work outside the regular duty shift he shall, upon reporting, receive a minimum of four (4) hours’ work at the overtime rate or if four (4) hours’ work is not furnished, a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the overtime rate.
