Hours of Work and Free Time of Directors of Nursing. (i) A Director of Nursing shall be free from duty for not less than 9 days in each twenty-eight consecutive days and such days free from duty may be taken in one or more periods. (ii) If any of the days mentioned in subclause (i) of this clause cannot be taken by reason of emergency, such day or days shall be given and taken within 28 days of becoming due.
