Housekeeping/Housecleaning Responsibilities. Resident shall maintain the Residence (including porch, patio, garage and immediate area) in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition. If Resident does not maintain the Residence in a reasonable manner as determined by Messiah Village, then after notice to Resident, Messiah Village shall have the right to maintain the Residence, and the cost of such additional cleaning or maintenance shall be charged to Resident.
