Housing Application Fee. The $50 non-refundable application fee is not applied toward room and board payments. The application fee is not refundable even if a student is not admitted to the University. Residents will be held responsible for damage to University Housing property and will pay all charges immediately upon receiving a bill for the damage. Damage to common areas will be prorated to all the residents.
Housing Application Fee. You must submit a $200 housing application fee (if applicable) as an indication of your commitment to reside in student housing. The housing application fee is non-refundable if the Contract is canceled, released, or terminated for any reason.
Housing Application Fee. Returning (defined as students who have been enrolled at the University for at least one semester) and graduate students must pay a $75 Housing Application Fee each academic year to participate in Housing Selection or request a room assignment. This annual fee provides returning residential students access to the Housing Application. The $75 Housing Application Fee is non-refundable.

Housing Application Fee. College Students - A non-refundable application fee is due with your application. Airport Pick Up is not included. Housing Damage Deposit-This is due with your application. Your deposit is refundable with no damage to share house family properties, 30 day written move out notice given to your share house family. We will refund after you move out. Please note that deposit must be requested within six months of move out. Airport Pick Up Service-Airport pick up must be arranged with USAI. USAI provides this service at an additional charge to the student. A USAI staff or share house family will pick you up. Please apply at least two weeks prior to arrival. Late Fee- Applications received within one week prior to arrival will be charged a late fee of $100.
Housing Application Fee. A non-refundable and non-waivable fee is due at the time Resident applies for housing. This fee must be paid before a Room Space assignment will be processed. This Non-refundable Housing Application Fee is outlined in Exhibit A, “Housing Fees and Payment Schedule,” attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
