City relies upon representations made by Borrower that the Project will allow Borrower to develop dwelling units that will be occupied by low- and moderate-income persons or households. By its execution of the Loan Documents, Borrower acknowledges its representations pertaining to the development of dwelling unit(s) to be occupied by low- and moderate-income persons or households as defined herein.
