HOUSING PROGRAMS. A broad set of housing programs are available on the campuses. These programs include faculty rental housing, mortgage assistance programs, faculty home loan programs, housing allowance, short-term housing loan programs, salary differential housing allowance, and housing for sale on University land. The eligibility and availability of each of these programs vary substantially from campus to campus and are in accordance with local rules and procedures. Specific eligibility and benefits are governed entirely by the terms of the applicable campus plan.

HOUSING PROGRAMS. The Parties responsibilities for the coordination and collaboration of Housing Programs will be as follows: a. County-adopted Programs i. Upon the HFA’s approval of this Agreement, the HFA, in mutual agreement with the County, will become a strategic and financial partner of programs and projects adopted by the County that seek to address the affordable housing needs of residents in Xxxx County. ii. HFA funds approved by the HFA will, supplement funding from other sources for projects that meet the criteria of County-adopted housing programs. Other sources include, but are not limited to, the SHIP, Community Development Block Grant, and County General Revenue funds. The HFA authorizes the County to use designated HFA funds to support the SHIP program and/or projects in accordance with the Xxxx County State Housing Initiative Partnership-Local Housing Assistance Plan (“SHIP-LHAP”) dated February 13, 2018, as amended. iii. HFA will determine the level of its funding and the limits to its funding of County-adopted housing programs on an annual basis no later than June 15 prior to the start of each fiscal year. iv. The County will ensure that all recipients of funds meet all eligibility requirements to receive funding under the State Housing Initiatives Partnership program as authorized pursuant to Chapter 420, Part VII, Florida Statutes. v. In the event an award is made through a County-adopted program funded with HFA funds that is not in compliance with the County SHIP-LHAP, the County agrees to fund, from other sources, an amount corresponding to the award to be used for the County-adopted program. vi. The County will provide the HFA with a monthly report on HFA funds used for projects in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. b. HFA-adopted Programs i. The County, in mutual agreement with the HFA, will administer programs adopted by the HFA that seek to address the affordable housing needs of residents in Xxxx County at no administrative cost to the HFA in accordance with the HFA Local Housing Assistance Plan dated July 8, 2014 (“HFA LHAP”), as amended. ii. The HFA will provide the appropriate level of funding needed for any HFA-adopted program that will be administered by the County. iii. The HFA, in mutual agreement with the County, will determine annually the HFA programs to be administered by the County no later than June 15 prior to the start of each fiscal year. iv. HOUSING PROGRAMS. The Department of Family Services and Housing offers a range of vocational rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities through its Vocational Rehabilitation Program. Vocational Rehabilitation services are delivered by eight regional provincial offices, Regional Health Authorities and three designated agencies funded by Family Services and Housing (The Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) Manitoba Division, Canadian Paraplegic Association (CPA) (Manitoba) Inc. and Society for Manitobans with Disabilities (SMD) Inc.). In addition, seven centres are utilized to provide a range of services including evaluation, work training, placement, school-to-work transition and follow-up. These centres include Career Connections Inc., Skills Unlimited (Sair Centre of Learning), Employment Preparation Centre, Premier Personnel Corp., Trainex Centre Inc., SCE Lifeworks Inc. and Network South Enterprises Inc. Other programming supported by Manitoba Family Services and Housing that is eligible for funding under the EAPD Agreement beginning in 2002/03 includes Employment and Income Assistance Work Incentive Program, Day Services Follow-up and Partnerships for Employment.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Rehabilitation Program The company agrees to the implementation of an agreed worker’s compensation rehabilitation policy. The operation of this policy shall be reviewed on a regular basis. The parties commit to ensuring that the rehabilitation of injured workers is an accepted practice, and that suitable duties are provided when available. No employee will be terminated whilst on workers compensation during the first 12 months without prior consultation with the union. The parties agree that the person responsible for the management of rehabilitation cases must be adequately trained to do the job. If such a person is not available within the company, then the services of an agreed building industry rehabilitation coordination service will be used. The parties to this Agreement shall ensure that any employee who sustains a work related injury, illness or disease, will be afforded every assistance in utilising a rehabilitation program aimed at returning that employee to meaningful employment within the industry.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Programs An expression of a combination of instructions that causes a computer to function so that it is capable of obtaining a certain result.

  • Insurance Programs 35.1 Fringe Benefits a. The Board agrees to provide the: Individual core plan premium on behalf of each regular full time employee Part-time regular employees may receive pro-rated insurance benefits if eligible by the carrier. b. When an employee and legally recognized spouse are both employed by the district and are eligible for the school district group plan, the district shall, at the employees' option, combine the district's insurance contribution toward the family plan.

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Incentive Programs During the Term of Employment, the ------------------ Executive shall be entitled to participate in any annual and long-term incentive programs adopted by the Company and which cover employees in positions comparable to that of the Executive.

  • Employee Assistance Programs Consistent with the University's Employee Assistance Program, employees participating in an employee assistance program who receive a notice of layoff may continue to participate in that program for a period of ninety (90) days following the layoff.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Housing The receiving institution will guide incoming mobile participants in finding accommodation, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
