How do I Book?. 1.1 You must complete and submit DAL’s registration form and make the appropriate payment as set out in Section A at the time of booking. Your completed medical questionnaire and appropriate insurance form should be returned to DAL within 10 days of receiving your information pack. You must be at least 18 when the booking is made except where you are a child of at least 14 years old and a parent or carer with legal responsibility for you is accompanying you on a child friendly Trip (see clause 1.3).
