Mid-Span Fiber Meet. An Interconnection architecture whereby two carriers’ fiber transmission facilities meet at a mutually agreed upon point for the mutual exchange of traffic, subject to the trunking requirements and other terms and provisions of this Agreement. Augments to the Mid-Span Fiber Meet shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties in writing.
Once orders are submitted by the Receiving Party, the standard provisioning intervals will apply based on the types of services requested, provided that all necessary facilities beyond the Mid-Span Fiber Meet fiber optic terminals are available.
