Mid-Span Fiber Meet. GTE will charge special access (flat rated) transport from the applicable intrastate access tariff and will rate charges between the "IP" and GTE's interconnection switch. Charges will be reduced to reflect the proportionate share of the facility that is used for transport of traffic originated by GTE.
