How Fees and Expenses are Charged to Accounts. Account maintenance fees will be charged to Accounts (to the extent such fees are not paid by the Employer), provided that no fee will reduce an Account balance below zero. Transaction type fees (such as loan set-up fees, etc.) will be charged to the Accounts involved in the transaction as determined pursuant to procedures adopted by the Administrator. Fees and expenses incurred for the management and maintenance of Investment Funds will be charged at the Investment Fund level and reflected in the net gain or loss of each Investment Fund.
