Individual Participant Accounting. The Administrator shall maintain an individual set of Accounts for each Participant in order to reflect transactions both by type of Account and investment medium. Financial transactions shall be accounted for at the individual Account level by posting each transaction to the appropriate Account of each affected Participant. Participant Account values shall be maintained in shares for the Investment Funds and in dollars for the Sweep and Loan Accounts. At any point in time, the Account value shall be determined using the most recent Trade Date values provided by the Trustee.

Such actions may, but need not necessarily, include maintenance of an individual set of Accounts for each Participant in order to reflect transactions both by type of Account and investment medium; accounting for financial transactions at the individual Account level by posting each transaction to the appropriate Account of each affected Participant; maintenance of Participant Account values in shares for the Investment Funds and in dollars for the Sweep and Loan Accounts. At any point in time, the Account value shall be determined except where impracticable using the most recent Trade Date values provided by the Trustee.

The Company’s directors and management have reviewed and agreed with the selection, application and disclosure of the Company’s critical accounting policies as described in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Prospectus and the Prospectus and have consulted with its independent accountants with regards to such disclosure.
