How to give a notice. (a) A notice, consent or other communication under the Participation Agreement is only effective if it is in writing, signed by or on behalf of the person giving it;
(b) addressed to the person to whom it is to be given; and
(c) either:
(i) delivered or sent by pre-paid mail (by airmail, if the addressee is overseas) to that person's address; or
(ii) sent by fax to that person's fax number and the machine from which it is sent produces a report that states that it was sent in full;
(iii) sent in electronic form (such as email), except in the case of notices in relation to breach of the Participation Agreement, termination of the Participation Agreement, or third party claims of infringement of Intellectual Property (such notices must be delivered or sent in accordance with sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii) above); or
(iv) in the case of notices or communications:
(A) about enhancements to the XXXX System;
(B) about a third party (such as notices relating to Land Registry Lodgement Fees); or
(C) that the Subscriber has elected to receive in published form, published in electronic form, including but not limited to broadcast messaging in the XXXX System or on XXXX’x website.
How to give a notice. In addition to any other lawful means, a Notice may be given by being:
(a) personally delivered;
(b) left at the Party’s current business address for Notices;
(c) sent to the Party’s current postal address for Notices by pre-paid ordinary mail or, if the address is outside Australia, by pre-paid airmail; or
(d) sent by fax to the Party’s current fax number for Notices.
How to give a notice. A notice, consent or other communication under this document is only effective if it is:
(a) in writing, signed by or on behalf of the person giving it;
(b) addressed to the person to whom it is to be given; and
(c) either:
(i) delivered or sent by pre-paid mail (by airmail, if the addressee is overseas) to that person's address; or
(ii) sent by fax to that person's fax number and the machine from which it is sent produces a report that states that it was sent in full.
How to give a notice. A notice, consent or other communication under this Agreement is only effective if it is:
(a) in writing, signed by or on behalf of the Party giving it;
(b) addressed to the Party to whom it is to be given;
(c) expressly stated to be a notice made in accordance with this clause 19.1; and
(d) either:
(i) delivered or sent by pre-paid mail (by airmail, if the addressee is overseas) to that Party's address;
(ii) sent by fax to that Party's fax number and the machine from which it is sent produces a report that states that it was sent in full; or
(iii) by e-mail addressed to the person for the time being occupying the position with the receiving Party.
How to give a notice. A notice, consent or other communication under this Agreement is only effective if it is:
(a) in writing, signed by or on behalf of the Party giving it;
(b) addressed to the Party to whom it is to be given; and
(c) either:
(i) delivered or sent by pre-paid mail (by airmail, if the addressee is overseas) to that Party's address;
(ii) sent by fax to that Party's fax number and the machine from which it is sent produces a report that states that it was sent in full; or
(iii) by e-mail addressed to the person for the time being occupying the position with the receiving Party specified in clause 19.3.

How to give a notice. A notice or other communication to be given or made under this Agreement must be in writing and addressed to the recipient party at their address, or to their email address or fax number (as the case may require) outlined in the Details.
How to give a notice. A notice, consent or other communication under this Agreement is only effective if it is in writing, signed and either left at the addressee's address or sent to the addressee by post, fax or email. If it is sent by post, it is taken to have been received 3 working days after it is posted. If it is sent by fax, it is taken to have been received when the addressee actually receives it in full and in legible form. If sent by email, it is taken to have been received when the sender receives confirmation on its server that the message has been transmitted.
How to give a notice. A notice, consent or other communication under this Agreement is only effective if it is:
(a) in writing, signed by or on behalf of the Party giving it;
(b) addressed to the Party to whom it is to be given; and
(c) either:
(i) delivered or sent by pre-paid mail (by airmail, if the addressee is overseas) to that Party's address specified in clause 19.3;
(ii) sent by fax to that Party's fax number specified in clause 19.3 and the machine from which it is sent produces a report that states that it was sent in full; or
(iii) by e-mail to that Party’s email address specified in clause 19.3.
