Status quo. (a) While the dispute is being dealt with in accordance with the procedure in this clause:
(i) the Parties will maintain the status quo existing immediately prior to the subject matter of the dispute arising. Neither Party will engage in any industrial stoppages, bans and or limitations. Work shall continue in accordance with the status quo unless an Employee has a reasonable concern about an imminent risk to their health or safety; however
(ii) the Employer may direct an Employee to perform other available work at the same workplace, or at another workplace, on the same terms and conditions of employment, if it is reasonable to do so to protect the health, safety or welfare of Employees.
(b) For the avoidance of doubt, “Maintain the status quo” means that the action giving rise to the dispute will be withdrawn, and the situation immediately prior to the action giving rise to the dispute will apply until the dispute is resolved.
Status quo. (A) any Decision or FWC Decision may be enforced by an action seeking appropriate remedies (including, but not limited to, payment of a debt, damages, or specific performance) in any court of competent jurisdiction; and
(B) interest will accrue on any sum payable under a Decision or FWC Decision at the rate prescribed from time to time in respect of pre-judgment interest under the Rules of the Federal Court of Australia.

During the period of adjustment or arbitration as provided in this Article, the conditions in effect at the time of receipt of written notice specified in Section C above, shall continue in effect pending final decision. This Section shall have no application to, and shall not be invoked, in connection with any store closing, store sale or transfer of a store.
Status quo. During any Dispute resolution process, the pre-dispute status quo will continue. Accordingly:
(a) each Party will comply with its obligations, and may exercise its rights under this Agreement; and
(b) the fact that a Party ceases to do anything following the start of a Dispute will not be taken to be an admission by that Party that it had breached, or had been in breach of, this Agreement.
Status quo. If any action to enforce any right or exercise any remedy shall be brought and either discontinued or determined adversely to the State Water Board, then the State Water Board shall be restored to its former position, rights and remedies as if no such action had been brought.

Status quo. In the event this Agreement has not been renewed, modified, or extended by the date on which it would have otherwise terminated, status quo conditions shall continue in effect until either party gives the other ten (10) days written notice terminating such conditions.

Except as expressly permitted herein or except with the written consent of Huntington, which consent may be withheld in Huntington's sole discretion, Borrower shall not (a) sell, assign, mortgage, pledge, lease (except for leases in the ordinary course of Borrower's business) or otherwise convey or further encumber the Mortgaged Property, or any portion thereof, or legal, equitable or beneficial interest therein; (b) sell, assign, pledge or otherwise transfer any beneficial interests in Borrower which individually or in the aggregate would have the effect of transferring the power to direct the operations of Borrower or the Mortgaged Property; (c) contract for any of the same; (d) permit the Mortgaged Property, or any portion thereof, or legal, equitable or beneficial interest therein, to be subject to any superior or inferior lien or encumbrance; (e) subdivide, resubdivide or submit to the condominium form of ownership all or any portion of the Mortgaged Property, or any portion thereof; or (f) initiate or acquiesce in any change in the zoning classification of the Property or any portion thereof.
Status quo. During any dispute resolution process, the pre-dispute status quo will continue. Accordingly:
(1) each Party will comply with its obligations, and may exercise its rights under the Agreement; and
(2) the fact that a Party ceases to do anything following the start of a dispute will not be taken to be an admission by that Party that it had breached, or had been in breach of, this Agreement. By signing this Acceptance Form and returning it to us, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement to which this Form is attached. This reconciliation will be completed at the end of the Agreement to ensure payment is received for actual solids produced over the term of the Agreement.
