How we hold Cash. Unless otherwise notified to you, money held for you in an account with the Custodian will be held by the Custodian as banker and not as trustee in accordance with the UK client money rules (the “Client Money Rules”). As a result, in the event of the Custodian’s insolvency (or analogous event), the client money distribution and transfer rules will not apply to such money, and you will not be entitled to share in any distribution under such client money distribution and transfer rules.
