HUD Assessment. HUD representatives will visit the Development and make an assessment of any technical assistance and/or training that the Grantee may require for the proper and effective implementation of the Revitalization Plan. HUD will consult with the Grantee in determining the Grantee's specific technical assistance and training needs, and will carry out subsequent on-site assessments as necessary.
